Our economy and the middle class need the Senate to step up and get it done.
Diane Black led the passage of a conservative budget — the “golden key” to getting real tax reform. Then, the House seized a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reform the tax code. They passed a tax cuts bill that would be a jolt to our economy and to middle-income families. In Tennessee, tax reform means about 20,000 more jobs, and it means more money in the pockets of the people doing those jobs. There’s one problem, though — the Senate hasn’t done its job and passed the bill.
